The Liberty have been focused on winning the first championship after falling just short last year. They moved one step closer as Sabrina Ionescu tied a franchise playoff record with 36 points to help the Liberty beat the Atlanta Dream 91-82 on Tuesday night and advance to the semifinals of the WNBA playoffs.

The Atlanta Dream take on the New York Liberty on Tuesday, Sept. 24 for Game 2 of their first round playoff series.

The Atlanta Dream and Sabrina Ionescu will duke it out when the Dream (15-25) square off against the New York Liberty (32-8) at Barclays Center on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 7:30 PM ET.The
