San Jose Sharks forward Macklin Celebrini still has some things to prove as he prepares to play his first game in the National Hockey League

2024 No. 1 pick Macklin Celebrini will make his preseason NHL debut for the San Jose Sharks tonight. The Sharks take on the Vegas Golden Knights at 5 p.m. tonight. Celebrini has been skating on a line with Tyler Toffoli and Klim Kostin throughout training camp. During the pregame skate, he remained with the same wingers.

It’s just preseason, but it will still be Macklin Celebrini’s San Jose Sharks’ debut. It will also be his first game at SAP Center. When Celebrini played with the Jr. Sharks in 2019-20, he never caught a game there.
