Lourdes Gurriel is back to assist the Arizona Diamondbacks in their playoff push. Gurriel got reinstated from the injured list Friday and responded by hitting a tiebreaking homer that put the Diamondbacks ahead for good in a 7-4 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Arizona Diamondbacks reinstated outfielder Lourdes Gurriel Jr. from the 10-day injured list on Friday. Gurriel, 30, had been dealing with a calf strain and last played on Sept. 1.
